Job description

As a teaching associate, you will enthusiastically engage in teaching within the Bachelor programme «Computational and Data Science» specialising in «Artificial Intelligence in Software Engineering» for the module «Software Management». You are responsible for the content and didactic structure of the module - from project planning and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) through team leadership, risk and quality management to stakeholder communication and microservices architectures. You will independently develop the module in coordination with the programme management and teach it in the autumn semester 2026., As an agile university, the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden relies on dynamic thinking and proactive action. Requirements

  • Hold a degree in computer science or a related field, PhD preferred.
  • Experience in leading software projects using agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching., * University degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field (PhD advantageous)
  • Several years of practical experience in managing software projects, ideally with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Sound knowledge in project planning, risk and quality management as well as stakeholder communication
  • Experience in teaching computer science
  • Communicative personality, enjoyment in teaching and imparting knowledge and skills
