Job description
The IT Technician plays a critical role in supporting the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP across the organization. This position provides hands-on, on-site support in the lead-up to the system go-live, ensuring readiness across teams, processes, and systems.
Following go-live, the technician remains a key resource during the two-month hypercare phase, offering immediate troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support to stabilize operations and ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP environment., * Setting up label printers, MFPs, handheld scanners and tablets with D365 configuration
- Working closely with the D365 Technical Leads and the Global IT Workplace team to identify and resolve issues during the D365 rollout
- Providing general end-user support for approximately 40 on-site users, including business users and production staff in manufacturing
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience as an IT Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), is an advantage
- Solid understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic server administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users in a clear and professional manner
