Job description
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization
- Evaluation and selection of HUD technologies, including processors, functional peripherals, and storage solutions
- Conduct performance analysis and tuning to maximize system performance
- Ensure the reliability, availability, expandability, and maintainability of HUD systems
- Participate in the development of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the viability of new HUD technologies and approaches
- Support development of safety concepts
- Support of developers to clarify architectural and design questions
Requirements
- Experience as a System Architect with a focus on Head-up-Display
- In-depth knowledge of HUD hardware components, including CPUs & GPUs
- Very good knowledge of the full cycle of embedded system development
- Good knowledge of UML, SysML and experience with modelling tools required
- Experienced in the use of tools for requirements management, system-architecture, and design
- Knowledge in Car-Infotainment-Development beneficial
- Well-founded knowledge in development methodologies (CMMI, Automotive SPICE)
- Good communication capability, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- Fluent English language skills
