  • Implement cutting-edge technologies and uphold the highest security and quality standards for critical energy infrastructure

  • Utilize TypeScript for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) setups and maintain some existing TypeScript backend components

We care more about strong engineering fundamentals than experience with every specific tool listed

Requirements

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to build and operate our Vehicle Grid Integration (VGI) platform, which unlocks the flexibility of electric vehicles for energy markets. This role sits at the core of our cloud infrastructure, with ownership of scalable backend services and systems running on AWS that connect EVs to the larger energy ecosystem., * An experienced Software Engineer with at least 7 years of professional experience (excluding working student or internship positions)

  • Passionate about the energy transition and driven to steer the energy sector towards a greener future
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, * Experience in e-mobility, Energy Management Systems (EMS), Vehicle Grid Integration (VGI), smart charging, or Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G)
  • Familiarity with EV charging and IoT protocols (e.g., OCPP, ISO 15118, OpenADR)
  • Experience with energy markets, flexibility trading, or grid integration systems
  • Experience handling real-time telemetry, IoT data, or high-throughput time-series data
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools on AWS (e.g., AWS CDK) Excerpt from our tech-stack, sorted by priority: Python, AWS, Docker, Rust, TypeScript, Relational and Non-Relational Databases
