Duties and Responsibilities Lead the architectural design and governance of integrations across EXN's transformation programme and wider enterprise ecosystem. - Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into robust, scalable integration architectures and patterns. - Provide direction and oversight for integration design, data flows, API strategy, and platform usage across multiple systems. - Serve as the technical authority on integration principles, security models, performance optimisation, and best-practice standards. - Partner with programme teams, engineering, vendors, product owners and business SMEs to ensure end-to-end solution cohesion. As the Solutions Architect, you will - Define, design and govern enterprise integrations in line with project milestones and deadlines. - Consult with the broader business to ensure solutions are secure, scalable and low maintenance. - Work on multiple projects requiring B2B

Requirements

integrations using iPaaS/SaaS platforms, APIs and event-based patterns. - Produce and review integration specifications, sequence diagrams, data contracts and non-functional requirements. - Oversee technical designs for critical VCP integrations including Salesforce, NetSuite, Xactly, data platforms, supply chain systems and legacy applications. Qualifications and Experience Essential skills and experience: - Minimum 5-7 years as an integration architect or senior integration engineer, with hands-on experience. - Detailed knowledge of SOAP, Web Services and REST API transactions. - Experience developing using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) or equivalent (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP Cloud Integration, Azure Integration Services). - Understanding of JavaScript and modern API security (OAuth2, JWT). - Skills in applying integration approaches and strategies, including web services (XML, SOAP, WSDL...) and event-driven patterns. - Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and monitoring for integrations. - Proficiency in error resolution, error handling & debugging. - Communicates in both technical and non-technical language. Nice-to-have skills and experience: - Oracle NetSuite and/or Xactly experience. - Distribution or supply chain industry knowledge. - Solid understanding of accounting terms and processes. - Architecture or platform certifications (e.g., TOGAF, cloud). - Broader knowledge of integration platforms e.g., SAP Cloud Integration.
