Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: - 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in a large company. With experience from multiple projects. - Experience with manufacturing, logistics, R&D and production quality data is an advantage - Advanced SQL including window functions, CTEs, and query optimization. - Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, manipulation, and automation, including popular libraries and tools such as Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks - Experience in Power BI, Qlik or other dashboarding software. - Experience developing, testing, and deploying data transformation pipelines using dbt. Preferred: - AWS, Microsoft Azure cloud computing, or similar. - Familiarity with DataOps principles. - Familiar with Agile methodologies. - Git software versioning. Skills & Capabilities: We expect you to demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and have a keen interest in understanding various business domains. We will also need you to be able to communicate data concepts to non-technical colleagues. - You are fluent in English both orally and in writing. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. - Skilled in extracting insights from complex datasets. - Excellent time management and prioritization abilities. - You have good presentation skills. - You can communicate well within the team and with stakeholders. - You can analyze business requirements in dialogue with internal stakeholders. - You can collaborate directly with external consultants and vendors. - You are a team player willing to share knowledge, ideas, and banter.
