Job description
All colleagues at Highberg contribute to digital transformations for our clients through their specific expertise. As a Senior digital transformation consultant, you adopt an integrated perspective and approach. You are a strategist, information analyst, and facilitator all at once.
In this role, you provide advice on strategic initiatives: you assist with strategy development, organize its implementation, or both. Stakeholder and change management are crucial in this process. Your task is to engage and facilitate employees at all levels of the client organization as they undergo a digital transformation. You will navigate between strategic, tactical, and operational levels. You help organizations strengthen their operations by guiding them through their digital transformation and assisting them in developing the skills needed to manage it. This includes:
- At the strategic level: defining the strategy to achieve a digital transformation.
- At: the tactical level: shaping the strategy by making decisions regarding the deployment and use of (new) digital technology, in collaboration with the client.
- At the operational level: implementing (new) digital technology and developing the new skills required.
As a Senior digital transformation consultant, you provide advice at a broad level, analyze specific issues and their implications for the client, monitor technological trends, and guide change processes., Examples of projects you will carry out as Senior Consultant Digital Transformation:
- You develop an inspiring yet achievable vision and strategy for digitalization within a housing association, map out the necessary portfolio for a client, ensure ownership within the organization, and act as a trailblazer for the initial execution of projects.
- You map out the customer journeys of an operational organization, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations on how digital technology can help. You then design the underlying processes and their interaction with IT in a uniform manner, make recommendations for improvements, and implement them step by step, serving as an advisor and coach.
- You develop a strategy and approach for (digital) customer interaction for a municipality with a multichannel approach and guide pilots to achieve initial improvements.
- You facilitate a series of workshops on digital innovation for a retailer, jointly define business cases for innovation using modern technologies such as AI and Digital Twins, and assist the retailer in developing a working method that allows them to innovate alongside their daily operations.
- You assist a ministry in developing a framework for data governance and initiate the transformation towards working in accordance with this framework by setting up a community of and for employees, communicating the framework in an inspiring and accessible way, and jointly implementing the approach with initial use cases.
Requirements
Do you have a Master's degree?, * You have a broad interest in digital technology and are intrinsically motivated to delve into specific topics in this field, keep up with developments, and share this knowledge with colleagues.
- You enjoy contributing to sales and marketing activities, such as developing propositions, writing proposals, and organizing client events.
- You possess strong conceptual thinking skills and have a results-oriented mindset.
- You are flexible and don't mind occasionally traveling to clients or having team meetings in the evening (don't worry, there's always good food and drinks provided!)., * A smart, driven professional with 7+ years of relevant work experience in consulting and/or change management in the field of digitalization.
- A completed HBO (Bachelor's) or WO (Master's) degree.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, in spoken and written communication.
