Process Technology Specialist II

As a Process Technology Specialist II, you will be part of our passionate team in Ede, a site renowned for high-quality cheese powder production. You'll focus on process optimization, yield improvement, and technological innovation. With your expertise, you'll ensure our processes consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. In this role, you will

• Drive yield and efficiency improvements through process and equipment optimization.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or GPS methodologies.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSSC, GMP, HACCP).
• Act as a key technical partner for Production and Product Development.
• Investigate process deviations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of safety in all daily operations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food or Chemical Technology (HBO/WO)
• 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, TPM, or Lean
• Green Belt certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• Hands-on experience within the food or dairy industry
• Confident communicator in Dutch and English
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and continuous improvement
