The HR IT Solution Architect designs and implements solutions within specific HR IT systems (such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday HCM, AFAS, Visma Youforce and/or SAP SuccessFactors HCM) and ensures that these meet both functional and technical requirements. Does this sound like your next challenge?

- Translating HR requirements into system designs.
- Drawing up technical specifications for suppliers and development teams.
- Conducting performance and optimisation reviews to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Advising on best practices for system usage and data governance.

1 Introductory conversation

2 In-depth conversation
If there is enthusiasm on both sides, you will meet with team members and or managers. We take a deeper look at your experience, ambitions, and way of collaborating, and explore together whether there is a good match with our projects and approach.
3 Case, presentation, or follow-up conversation
Depending on the role, we may ask you to work on a short case, give a presentation, or have an additional conversation. This gives both you and us a better view of your expertise and way of thinking in practice.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * You have strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach.
- You have strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- You are AI literate and able to apply AI in a conscious, critical, and responsible way to enhance your work.
What are we asking?
- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or HR IT.
- You have experience in HR IT solution design.
- You have hands-on experience with HR platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday HCM, AFAS, Youforce, and/or SAP SuccessFactors).
- You have knowledge of REST APIs, SFTP, and OAuth 2.0 for HR system integrations.
- You have acquired vendor certifications (e.g. Workday Pro, Oracle HCM Certified Implementation Specialist).
- You have strong proficiency in Dutch, both oral and written.
