Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in backend or software engineering, Python AI Engineer, responsible for building scalable software solutions that empower internal creative teams to generate high-quality visual content efficiently and at scale.

  • The role focuses on developing AI-driven workflows for product imagery, banners, and content generation tools that impact millions of platform users.

  • Win a greenfield environment where systems, platforms, and processes are still evolving, requiring a balance between rapid prototyping and production-ready scalable architecture.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services.

  • Build AI-powered workflows and automation solutions for content generation.

  • Develop and maintain REST API integrations and service-oriented applications.

  • Architect scalable solutions using Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and distributed systems principles.

  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, designers, photographers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive tools and workflows for non-technical users.

  • Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and productionize innovative solutions.

  • Ensure seamless integration with the broader technology ecosystem.

  • Make architectural and technical decisions in a fast-changing and evolving domain.

  • Maintain high standards for scalability, reliability, maintainability, and usability.

  • Strong experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives proactively.

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, REST APIs, and service-oriented architectures.

  • Strong understanding of databases, storage solutions, and scalable system design principles.

  • Experience working with Generative AI technologies and AI-driven applications.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, rapidly evolving, and innovative environments.

  • Affinity or prior experience within the creative or digital content industry.

  • Experience building scalable AI or content generation platforms.

  • Exposure to greenfield product development environments.

  • Ability to rapidly prototype and scale innovative technology solutions.
