Job description

As a Digital OpEx Business Analyst, you'll analyse operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and automation. You'll develop and maintain reporting dashboards, KPI trackers, and data visualisation tools while supporting digital transformation and Operational Excellence initiatives across multiple departments. You'll gather, interpret, and present business data to support decision-making, work closely with stakeholders to understand operational requirements, and help standardise reporting solutions that improve visibility and reduce manual effort. You'll also contribute to process mapping, SOP creation, continuous improvement activities, and the automation of repetitive reporting tasks, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems while supporting training and adoption of reporting tools across operational teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in VBA?, We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Advanced Excel expertise, including lookup functions, dynamic arrays, dashboards, and VBA automation

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with operational KPIs and reporting

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, scripting, or other reporting/visualisation tools

  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to operational stakeholders

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A continuous improvement mindset with exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence principles

  • Previous experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement roles

  • Experience within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments (desirable)

  • Exposure to automation or coding for repetitive task reduction (desirable)

  • Relevant qualification in Business, Data, Analytics, Engineering, IT, or similar (desirable)
