Job description

We are looking for a number of candidates for our prestigious financial organisation based in Canary Wharf.

Service expectations

  • Resolve incidents and requests within agreed SLAs
  • Provide clear user communication and professional ticket notes
  • Escalate appropriately and follow ITIL-style processes

Core support areas

  • Windows 10/11, O365, Teams, printers, VPN
  • Account/access: AD/Azure AD, MFA, password resets
  • Device builds/swaps, onboarding/offboarding, basic networking checks

Requirements

  • Proven 1st/2nd line experience in corporate environments
  • Ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy) and strong customer service
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable on-site when needed
