Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Our client is seeking a detail-driven UK Payroll and HRIS Officer to play a key role in delivering accurate payroll and maintaining high-quality HR systems data.   • Collaborative culture with exposure to multiple teams, Reporting into the UK Payroll and HRIS Lead, you will support the end-to-end UK payroll process while helping maintain the integrity and effectiveness of HR systems. Working closely with People, Finance and operational teams, you will ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, while supporting compliance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives., * Support monthly UK payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Process starters, leavers and contractual changes
  • Calculate and administer allowances, deductions, overtime and statutory payments
  • Support pensions, RTI submissions and payroll reconciliations
  • Assist with payroll journals, audits and reporting
  • Maintain accurate employee data within the HR system
  • Produce HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Support HRIS improvements, upgrades and data audits

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' UK payroll experience within a complex organisation
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
  • Confident HRIS user (Oracle or Darwinbox beneficial)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
