We're looking for a confident and versatile Implementation Senior Lead to join our specialist Implementation Team at NHS Shared Business Services. You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that supports NHS organisations through onboarding, transformation and optimisation, working across Client Onboarding, Data & Technology, Client Success, Mergers & Reconfigurations and Strategic Delivery. This is a hybrid role, combining home working with travel to client sites and occasional overnight stays when required, particularly during key implementation phases or stakeholder workshops.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end implementation activity for new and existing clients across the A2R and EPM workstreams.
- Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, resolving escalations and providing expert guidance and assurance.
- Delivering process impact workshops, walkthroughs, training sessions and best practice adoption.
- Analysing and manipulating client data to support decision-making, migration activities and reporting.
- Supporting project governance by managing risks, issues, milestones and stakeholder communications.
- Contributing to continuous improvement, best practice toolkits and mentoring Implementation Leads.
What you'll bring:
- Strong expertise in A2R and EPM processes with working knowledge of Planning,
- Budgeting and Forecasting and Oracle Projects.
- Proven experience of leading implementations in a shared services or complex client environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel and confidence working with data.
- Resilience, adaptability and the ability to work independently across multiple clients and priorities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for diverse and senior audiences.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion applications and/or Oracle 12.
- Knowledge of NHS organisations, financial and procurement systems, and shared services best practice.
