Job description

Fancy a short-term role where you can get stuck into a big project, keep busy, and work right in the centre of Chester? We're working with a well-known travel business who need an extra pair of hands to support their Web Content team during a busy project period. This isn't a "creative writing" role - it's much more about organisation, accuracy, and getting through work efficiently. If you like ticking things off a list, spotting errors others miss, and keeping things neat and consistent… this will suit you down to the ground. What you'll be doing:

  • Updating property listings using set formats and templates
  • Checking content for errors, inconsistencies, and missing info
  • Making sure listings are clear, accurate, and consistent
  • Working through a high volume of updates at pace
  • Supporting a wider team on a large-scale content project
  • Flagging anything that doesn't look right

Requirements

  • Good attention to detail (you'll be spotting small errors)
  • Comfortable working through repetitive tasks
  • Able to follow processes and guidelines accurately
  • Confident with MS Office
  • Reliable and happy working at pace

Benefits & conditions

Bonus points if you've worked with websites, content, or proofreading before - but it's not essential! Why it's worth it:

  • Straightforward role with clear expectations
  • Friendly team environment
  • Central Chester location (easy commute, good lunch spots )
  • Good experience if you're looking to build admin or digital skills
  • Immediate start, short-term commitment
