IT project Supervisor

We are looking for an organized and proactive IT Project Supervisor to oversee software development projects, coordinate with developers, and ensure smooth delivery of client and internal IT solutions., Supervise ongoing IT and software development projects

Coordinate between developers, designers, support staff, and management

Monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables

Ensure projects are completed within deadlines

Handle client communication and project updates

Track bugs, changes, and development progress using project management tools

Assist in testing and quality assurance of software products

Support deployment and implementation of systems

Prepare project reports and documentation

Ensure proper handover and maintenance processes are followed

Restaurant Management Systems (POS)

Websites and Mobile Applications

CRM Integrations

Digital Marketing Projects

Experience in IT project coordination or supervision

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Bitrix24, Trello, or similar platforms

Problem-solving and leadership skills

Knowledge of web/app development is an advantage
