Job description
Henley Morgan is partnering with a well-established Sage Gold Partner consultancy to find an experienced Sage Intacct Project Manager to lead finance-transformation engagements across the south-coast and wider UK client base. You will own the delivery of multi-phase Sage Intacct rollouts for clients moving away from Sage 200, Sage 50, QuickBooks, Xero and legacy on-premise finance platforms - bringing modern cloud financials, multi-entity consolidations and dimensional reporting to mid-market organisations across professional services, SaaS, nonprofit, hospitality and construction. With the UK Sage Intacct partner channel continuing to expand into 2026, this is a strong opportunity to step into a senior delivery role with a clear progression path., You will take Sage Intacct projects from sales handover through to go-live and hypercare, owning project plans, RAID logs, budget tracking and stakeholder communication for engagements typically running between three and nine months. Day-to-day you will run client kick-offs and workshops, coordinate functional consultants, integration developers and data-migration leads, manage scope through formal change control, and chair steering committees with client finance directors and CFOs. Expect to balance two to four concurrent implementations, working closely with the practice lead to forecast revenue, manage utilisation and identify upsell into adjacent modules such as Sage Intacct Planning, Construction, Time & Expense or Interactive Custom Reports.
Requirements
We are looking for a project manager with proven end-to-end ERP or finance-system delivery experience - ideally Sage Intacct, but candidates from Sage 200, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Workday Adaptive, Oracle NetSuite or similar cloud-finance platforms will be considered. Strong commercial acumen, confident client-facing communication, and a working knowledge of UK finance processes (multi-entity consolidations, VAT, intercompany, MTD, revenue recognition) are essential. PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP, Agile/Scrum or equivalent certification is preferred. You should be comfortable owning project P&L, navigating scope conversations, and bringing structure to ambiguous client environments.
Benefits & conditions
On offer is a competitive base salary, project-based performance bonus, generous pension, private medical, 25+ days holiday with buy/sell, enhanced parental leave, certification budget (Sage Intacct, PRINCE2, PMP) and a genuine hybrid working pattern. The wider team is collaborative, the practice is well-resourced, and there is a clear pathway into Senior PM, Programme Manager or Delivery Lead positions as the Sage Intacct practice scales through 2026 and beyond.
