Join a well-established Housing organisation in a rewarding Data Analyst role where your analytical skills can directly support service improvement and better customer outcomes. This Data Analyst position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative Business Intelligence team, delivering meaningful reporting, insights, and data analysis to support evidence-led decision making across the organisation. The role offers hybrid working based from Endeavour House. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering management information, dashboards, and performance reports, while working closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and improve reporting processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and supporting operational improvements through insight and analysis. We'd love to hear from anyone with experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Performance Analyst, Reporting Analyst, MI Analyst, or someone with strong analytical and reporting experience within housing, public sector, or customer-focused environments.
As a Data Analyst, you will be:
- Producing regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and performance analysis
- Extracting, cleansing, modelling, and interpreting data from multiple systems
- Supporting performance reporting frameworks and benchmarking activities
- Presenting complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Using data visualisation tools and techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Supporting data quality, compliance, and reporting improvements
- Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes
Requirements
- Experience within a Data Analyst, MI, Reporting, or Business Intelligence role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities
- Experience producing reports, dashboards, and management information
- The ability to communicate data clearly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Desirable experience includes:
- Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Data Models)
- SQL
- Housing or public sector experience
- Knowledge of data protection and information governance
