The Purchase to Pay Lead (PTP) ensures the AP (Accounts Payable) & Procurement Admin teams keep running smoothly by managing cash flow, processing invoices, paying vendors and setting up suppliers. The PTP Lead will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

· Providing the Head of Finance with assurance on the seamless running within AP and Procurement
· Supporting the Accounts Payable Manager and Procurement Manager to drive operational and continuous improvement, business objectives, and strategic initiatives
· Developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing budgets, policies, and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency
· Building and maintaining relationships with employees, suppliers, and the wider business
· Committing to ethical behaviour with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation
· Owning and implementing Business Continuity Management for the departments
· Promoting a culture of data integrity - ensuring accurate and complete employee, financial, and supplier records
· Developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing budgets, policies, and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency
· Custodianship of all reporting from the team
Requirements
· Degree-level education, relevant professional qualifications, or equivalent practical experience in Accounts Payable and Purchasing
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
· Skilled in negotiation to achieve best value and commercially balanced outcomes
· Analytical and critical thinking skills
· Ability to investigate, plan, and understand business requirements
· Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams
· Good numerical and data analysis skills
· Ability to lead, support, and motivate others
