This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of Thames Water's most significant infrastructure upgrades. As a Senior Information Co-ordinator, you'll be at the heart of our information management function, helping to deliver against client requirements whilst ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and industry standards. This role offers the chance to make a real impact on a major project that will strengthen long-term resilience for the region.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Information Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the Information Management team, supporting them in implementing digital processes and ensuring information excellence across the project. Your day to day will include:
-Implementing our Digital by Default strategy and managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) across projects
-Supporting and mentoring Information Co-ordinators, providing upskilling sessions and ongoing development
-Ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards and conducting quality assurance checks on all uploaded information
-Leading CDE launch meetings and providing training to project teams and external parties
-Contributing to the development of protocols, templates, and processes in partnership with the Information Manager
Requirements
You have a good understanding of document control procedures and effective workflow management
-You're proficient in managing EDMS configured to CDE principles (Viewpoint For Projects preferred)
-You have experience working on projects with large volumes of data from various sources
-You understand ISO 19650-2 and can confidently communicate with multidisciplinary teams
