Job description
This is more than a support role. As one of our first hires into the IT department, you'll have a genuine opportunity to shape how we deliver managed IT services - from the tools and processes we use, to the standards we set for our customers.
Day to day, you'll be handling 2nd and 3rd line support, getting into the more complex, technical end of what our customers need. But you'll also have a voice in how this department takes shape, and the chance to grow with it as we scale.
What You'll Be Doing

Diagnosing and resolving 2nd and 3rd line support issues across hardware, infrastructure, and cloud platforms

Supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments

Contributing to the development of our managed IT service offering - processes, documentation, tooling

Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues at all levels of technical ability

Helping to set the standard for how great IT support looks at Overline
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, Solid hands-on experience at 2nd/3rd line level in a similar IT support or managed services environment

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop

A genuine problem-solver who gets to root causes, not just quick fixes

Someone who thrives with ownership - comfortable building as well as doing

A collaborative, customer-first attitude and a desire to be part of something new
