Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled analyst to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) Active Directory (AD) Operations team. This role is responsible for the administration and security of enterprise Active Directory (AD) environments. The ideal candidate has experience in Active Directory, identity governance, authentication protocols, security hardening, and automation using PowerShell. They will collaborate with IT security, cloud, and application teams to enhance IAM operation, enforce compliance, and improve user experience.
Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience managing and securing Active Directory in an enterprise environment.

Strong knowledge of Exchange and Azure (Entra) AD in an enterprise environment.

Expertise in Active Directory administration, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and LDAP.

Strong knowledge of IAM principles, role-based access control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Knowledge of AD security best practices, monitoring tools, and compliance standards.

Knowledge of IAM tools (Workday, Neo4J, Glide, AccessNow, etc.).

Strong troubleshooting skills for authentication issues, automation failures, and domain trust relationships.
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills to work effectively across IT teams. * Experience with Azure Active Directory hybrid identity management and cloud-based authentication solutions.

Strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to automate IAM tasks, security audits, and identity provisioning workflows.
Benefits & conditions
$20/hr to $26/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
