Project & Delivery Skills

Equally important are strong delivery, organizational, and communication skills that enable consistent execution in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to:

  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, including BAU processing, backlog remediation, and automation or process improvement initiatives
  • Track dependencies, identify blockers, and proactively drive projects forward
