Salesforce Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Ford Credit, you will be an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, scalable way in the Force.com platform. As a core technology contributor, you will be responsible for designing and developing critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas to support the organization's business objectives.

What you'll do…

• Work in a fast-paced environment with business, technology, and designers to build new capabilities, platforms, features and improving existing capabilities.

• Responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting solutions on the force.com platform.

• Drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements.

• Build integrations between salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes.

• Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and Java Script, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, Omni Script and Flex Cards to extend Salesforce.

• Verify solutions by writing and executing automated test classes.

• Collaborate, mentor and guide other engineers within the team.

• Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others
