Job description

Provide clients with a unique business perspective on the need for continuing innovation to remain competitive. Drive enterprise Salesforce.com implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. Manage client projects to make sure it's delivered on-time and on-budget. Develop and integrate user interfaces across diverse platforms such as mobile, web, and tablet. Utilize standard tools and agile methodologies to deliver technological solutions. Oversee the configuration and development, in parallel with the project manager and technical architect. Ensure overall implementation meets the business requirements. Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements. Lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and establish an understanding of business processes with the client.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 3 years of experience implementing Salesforce.com, including hands on experience with configuration and customizations, with teams of 5 or more people.

Must have 3 years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM end to end implementations.

Must have 3 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment.

Must have 3 years of experience configuring Salesforce.com, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflows.

Must have 3 years of experience integrating Salesforce.com with external systems.

Must have 3 years of experience working with relational database concepts.

Must have 3 years of experience working as a technology consultant for a professional services firm.

Must have or be eligible to obtain the Salesforce Administration Certification within one year of hire.

Requires travel up to 50%, including international travel up to 10% to serve client needs.
