Kyndryl is seeking a dynamic Engagement Leader, Agile Coach to help some of the world's largest enterprises transform the way they deliver and operate IT. This goes beyond front-end innovation-it includes modernizing infrastructure and operations through true end-to-end Business Agility.
Many of our clients are now embarking on their Agile journey at scale. We need a leader who can drive transformation, influence mindsets, and embed Agile practices across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Agile transformation engagements across single or multiple teams, focused on customer-facing application development and enterprise IT modernization

Drive successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary consulting engagements, ensuring measurable client outcomes

Support Agile delivery resourcing, and contribute to the development of RFPs, SOWs, and solution proposals

Partner with stakeholders to define vision, capture requirements, and shape Agile transformation roadmaps

Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams of consultants and architects

Oversee engagement governance, including contract compliance, financial management, and delivery excellence

Coach teams and leaders on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrum of Scrums) and consulting practices

Capture insights and lessons learned to continuously enhance methodologies, tools, and intellectual capital

Contribute to practice development, including thought leadership, capability building, and internal knowledge sharing

We're looking for a seasoned Agile leader with a passion for transformation, strong client focus, and the ability to inspire and influence across all levels of an organization.
Required Experience:

7-10+ years as an Agile Coach , leading large-scale enterprise transformations

7-10+ years working with modern application development and Agile delivery teams

5+ years supporting Agile resourcing, delivery management, and development of RFPs/SOWs
-
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification (required)

Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, scaled Agile approaches ) across diverse teams and environments

Proven experience coaching senior leaders (VP-level and above) on vision, business cases, roadmaps, and Lean budgeting

Strong background in business development, solutioning, and influencing strategic decisions

Demonstrated success driving change through problem-solving, persuasion, and stakeholder engagement

Experience facilitating workshops, retrospectives, and large-scale Agile ceremonies (including remote environments)

Proficiency with Agile tools and managing distributed teams

Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to mentor teams new to Agile and effectively manage resistance to change

Experience building and leading teams and managing consulting budgets
Preferred Experience:
-
Thought leadership in Business Agility and creation of Agile playbooks or accelerators

Experience with workshop facilitation tools (e.g., Mural or similar)

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud environments

Experience educating executives on Agile operating models and governance
-
Additional Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master)

Experience with Atlassian or similar Agile toolsets

Background in traditional project management and organizational design
-
Experience with organizational change management (OCM) in Agile transformations
-
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices, especially in cloud or containerized environments
Benefits & conditions
The compensation range for this position in the US is $143,640 to $273,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off. Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
