Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align platform strategies with business objectives

Define best practices & standards, guide team to ensure adherence to standards

Provides support on architectural design and maintenance of the platform's (COTS, SaaS, ERP) environment with distributed components

Ensures compliance with the organization's requirements through the implementation of, auditing of, and adherence to policies, procedures, and security standards

Plans software upgrades, patching, & plugin installations in accordance with established policies and procedures

Monitors performance, resolves problems, & manages component capacity issues

Design, test, develop, configure, & maintain integrations to platform's applications
-
Adhere to the platform's security and coding standards for resilience, data, and security
-
Review business requirements to deploy the best solution, including configuring, coding, & debugging

Work closely with cross-functional departments to communicate statuses & technical proposal.

Deploy and configure platform applications tailored to company needs
-
Design technical solutions, configure/customize, test, maintain the platform applications to meet company requirements

Performs other duties as required
Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
-
6+ years of experience in release practices and environments or other related experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Education & Experience Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this job is $123,000 - $160,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting.
At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
