Step into a dynamic client-facing role where you'll lead programs from concept to completion, turning ideas into impactful outcomes. As a key driver of delivery excellence, you'll orchestrate projects, align stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution across complex environments.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with clients to shape, lead, and deliver programs end?to?end, ensuring value at every stage.
- Act as the backbone of daily operations driving project tasks, milestones, and resource management with precision.
- Build and manage robust project frameworks, including plans, timelines, requirements, risks, and issue resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with Senior Associates and Managers to execute large-scale programs or multiple simultaneous projects.
- Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to identify business transformation opportunities and gain alignment on practical, scalable change strategies.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments, balancing competing priorities and delivering results that matter.
- Own and manage project budgets, continuously optimizing resources and adjusting priorities to stay on track.
- Bridge the gap between business, technology, and support teams, fostering alignment and synergy.
- Design and execute clear communication strategies across regions, business units, and technology groups.
- Deliver compelling progress updates and insights to leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project or program management with a strong track record of delivery.
- Proven expertise in leading complex initiatives and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Exposure to or experience with AI tools is a bonus.
- Background in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Benefits & conditions
Pay Range*: $60.00 - $62.46 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
