IT Technician

• Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usability.
• Troubleshoot, repair and upgrade telephony for 360+ restaurants.
• Install and terminate low voltage cable (RJ45, RG59, CCTV).
• Troubleshoot and support POS systems
• Perform tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
• Establish good relationships with all store managers, vendors, and all Cook Out team members.
• Participate in regular rotation to provide on-call remote support after hours.
• Provide Help Desk support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with Servers, LAN/WAN technologies, computer repair/troubleshooting, software, networks, virus protection, Wi-Fi technology, and more.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years' experience in computer networks, systems maintenance and low voltage is advantageous.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent workmanship.
• Understand IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment.
• Travel may be required up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license (at least three years) with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record required.
• Pre-employment criminal background check required for hire., * IT support: 2 years (Preferred)
