Job description
- Provide technical support to end users (onsite and remote)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory (create, modify, disable)
- Support email and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Webex
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, DNS, DHCP issues)
- Install and update software applications
- Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware/software)
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Support and troubleshoot cloud-based phone/VoIP system
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic understanding of virtual environments (VMware)
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, * Previous help desk or customer support experience (including internships)
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)
- Korean-English bilingual ability is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs
- Ability to set up and relocate IT equipment (desktops, monitors, printers)
