What You'll Do
- Deliver daily Tier 2 support for end users both onsite and remotely.
- Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and patch management for servers and network infrastructure.
- Manage and administer Active Directory, M365, and Azure environments.
- Support Windows Server, desktop environments, and networking devices.
- Troubleshoot user issues, printer setups, VPN access, and connectivity problems.
- Maintain documentation and ensure all client systems stay secure and up to date.
- Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations and project support when needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Azure Entra ID, Azure VM's, Intune, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Familiarity with firewalls, networking fundamentals, and remote management tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, time-management, and client communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to keep learning new technologies.
