-
Provide timely feedback to the Cybersecurity team on vulnerabilities, patching issues, impediments, system outages, or conflicts with mission operations.
-

-
Recommend, test, and deploy system enhancements that improve security, performance, and reliability.
-
Test new product releases, patches, or updates for compatibility and minimal user disruption prior to deployment
-
Monitor, control, and troubleshoot DMOC data communications networks.
-
Record issues, open trouble tickets, support system problem reports, and assist with LAN/WAN testing.
-
Configure and support VTC connections among local and remote network participants.
-
Diagnose and resolve connectivity, hardware, and system performance issues.
-
Ensure strict adherence to DoD and DMOC Information Systems Security policies.
-
Work closely with DMOC Cybersecurity personnel to align system maintenance with cyber-hardening requirements.
-
Communicate clearly with internal teams, leadership, and external customers-providing updates, documentation, and incident reports.
