Job description

We are currently looking for a UX Designer for a great opportunity to work with the UX team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The UX team collaborates with developers, managers, and system engineers to ensure intelligence products remain modern, cutting-edge, and highly usable. The team researches and documents user workflows, designs intuitive front-end systems, creates mockups, engages with users for feedback, and works closely with multiple development teams to enhance analyst tools. The team uses tools such as PenPot, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and Microsoft Office. Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph security clearance. Requirements

Must have an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph security clearance.

  • 5 years with a Bachelor s in Computer Science (or related field).

  • Advanced degrees and certifications related to Human Factors Engineering or Human Centered Computing are a plus.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, PenPot, or similar platforms.

  • Experience conducting user research through surveys, focus groups, and usability testing to gather and analyze user feedback.

  • Ability to translate user requirements (personas, workflows, task flows, and user scenarios) into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed interface design specifications.

  • Experience collaborating closely with application developers, product designers, and process engineers to deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions.

  • Telework: Up to 2 days/week.
