Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Business Applications Admin - NetSuite to maintain and improve our system landscape. This is a full-time salaried position. You will join a team of engineers performing various tasks to solve basic and complex problems with creative solutions. You will have direct ownership of your work, be self-sufficient, and have opportunities to work with many different technologies and grow your technical skills. Special projects will be assigned based on company needs and priorities. You will be rewarded for working smart, communicating effectively, creativity, and innovative problem solving. In this role, you will have multiple responsibilities including project deliverables, technical support, and system administration for business-critical applications. Additionally, you will be working with various departments as your stakeholders to support their requests, system enhancements, design, implementation, and daily support., * Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of AI/ML solutions, integrating models (e.g., LLMs, predictive analytics) into enterprise applications to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Design, develop, support and maintain integrations using Boomi and Celigo, enabling seamless data synchronization between NetSuite and external system
- Provide technical guidance and administration of Netsuite ERP
- Work with 3rd party Oracle Netsuite Vendors and integrators
- Understanding of Java script and usage of Netsuite APIs
- Provide technical support and administration of Zendesk
- Scripting for data inputs and outputs assisting in custom fields and changes
- Connecting and support integrations, 3rd party modules, and add ons to Atlassian, Netsuite, Zendesk
- Coordinating technical and project efforts among vendors and integrators
- Provide strong customer service communication to internal stakeholders
- Perform regular data audits and resolve data integrity issues
- Gain feedback from customers and apply to new requirements
- Assessment of new tools and integrations in support of operational efficiencies
- Design and implementing searches, reports, dashboards and process monitoring
- Be involved in all phases of a project: requirement gathering/analysis, gap identification, solution architecture/design, development, configuration, validation, quality control, documentation and training
- Provide support to users and maintain proper system access; and support end user technical requests. Monitor end-user usage of systems, tracking performance, performing daily administrative and support tasks and maintaining and dating system documentation
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of ERP/CRM administration experience
- 2+ years with NetSuite and implementing API integrations
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Jira
- Experience with creating and maintaining documentation in Confluence
- Proficiency in REST API scripting, with knowledge of Boomi and Celigo integrations
- Desired: NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
