Job description
The Enterprise Agile Developer is responsible for the technical configuration and customization of the ServiceNow Enterprise Agile Planning EAP module. You will bridge the gap between high level business strategy and technical execution ensuring the platform supports SAFe Essential and Portfolio and other Lean Agile methodologies. This role involves configuring the Strategic Planning Workspace managing value stream integrations and automating the flow from epic creation to sprint execution., * Technical implementation configure and maintain ServiceNow EAP features specifically for the Australia release ensuring alignment with lean agile principles.
- Backlog and workspace configuration develop and optimize the Strategic Planning Workspace for portfolio epic and feature backlogs.
- Value stream mapping technically define and automate operational and development value streams within the platform to support agile release trains ARTs
Requirements
- ServiceNow expertise deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow SPM strategic portfolio management suite and the EAP module.
- Release knowledge familiarity with Zurich and Xanadu release features particularly the Strategic Planning Workspace.
- Agile frameworks strong understanding of SAFe 5 1 lean portfolio management LPM and the mechanics of agile release trains ARTs.
- Development tools proficiency in JavaScript business rules flow designer and API integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Data architecture ability to map complex organizational structures into ServiceNow entities including portfolios teams epics and stories.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Implementation Specialist CIS Strategic Portfolio Management SPM.
- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
- SAFe DevOps or SAFe Practitioner certification
