Job description
Conduit's backend team builds the systems that power the Conduit Platform. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling out the next-generation of Ethereum services at Conduit. This is a great opportunity to make a massive impact building scalable distributed Ethereum based solutions.
In this role you'll be working on building out scalable, efficient, and performant EVM based solutions for the Conduit Platform. This includes improving the Node, EVM, and supporting components; as well as exploring alternative solutions such as Reth - and their potential for positive impact in the Conduit Platform.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and evolve the EVM Node solutions powering the Conduit Platform
- Deliver scalable and robust software solutions in a devops environment
- Create and improve tooling and process to improve maintainability and reliability

Requirements
- Deep understanding of the EVM and surrounding Node
- Experience working with ethereum internals (i.e. EVM, debuggers, block explorers, tracers, etc.)
- Understanding of tooling patterns and practices for developers on EVM networks
- Experience designing, implementing, and running production services
- Experience debugging complex issues across the stack, such as networking issues, performance problems, or memory leaks
- Collaborate effectively with other engineers to solve complex technical problems (mentoring, peer-reviews, design reviews, etc.).
