Job description

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows operating systems both in-person and remotely
  • Document work in the ticketing system while maintaining all district SLA's
  • Analyze data and participate in design, testing and implementation for IT Department projects
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory and application user accounts
  • Ability to train end-users for new or changing systems
  • Familiarity with Apple hardware (iOS and MacOS) a plus but not mandatory

Requirements

  • Familiar with a wide range of Windows-based hardware and software with Mac experience a plus (but not required)
  • Office experience across all applications with some excel data analysis experience
  • Excellent Customer-Service skills as this will be an end-user facing role

Educational Level:

High-School graduate required. Experience supporting PC's in a school or business environment a plus.

Requirements:

  • Ability to support end user hardware and software and provide great customer service
  • Provent troubleshooting mindset with an ability to isolate variables in a complex system and test them individually to identify root causes
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and support whitepapers
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating system and how to diagnose and resolve configuration, network, or application issues on those systems
