Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care & Order Entry Agent to join our team in Boynton Beach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting customers, and has recent SAP order entry experience., * Process and manage purchase orders in SAP with a high degree of accuracy

  • Own the full order lifecycle-from entry through fulfillment and follow-up
  • Handle inbound calls (approximately 30% of the day) in a call queue environment
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
  • Provide shipment updates, order status, and general product/service information
  • Process returns, refunds, and related transactions in the ERP system
  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to document interactions and maintain visibility
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows and processes

Requirements

  • Recent (within the past 2-3 years) experience entering orders into SAP
  • 2+ years of customer service or order entry experience
  • Ability to manage high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, * Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, * Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a changing environment
