Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care & Order Entry Agent to join our team in Boynton Beach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting customers, and has recent SAP order entry experience., * Process and manage purchase orders in SAP with a high degree of accuracy
- Own the full order lifecycle-from entry through fulfillment and follow-up
- Handle inbound calls (approximately 30% of the day) in a call queue environment
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
- Provide shipment updates, order status, and general product/service information
- Process returns, refunds, and related transactions in the ERP system
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to document interactions and maintain visibility
- Support continuous improvement of workflows and processes
Requirements
- Recent (within the past 2-3 years) experience entering orders into SAP
- 2+ years of customer service or order entry experience
- Ability to manage high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, * Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, * Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
- Team player with a customer-first mindset
