Job description
We are seeking an IT Manager for a hybrid role to lead and direct our information technology initiatives. This role involves the daily management of a skilled team and requires a broad understanding of various IT domains, including end-user support, governance, compliance, enterprise IT, application support, and security. The IT Manager will collaborate with team members across all levels of the organization and should be proactive in identifying opportunities for improving and optimizing existing technologies and processes., * Serve as the technical lead for all IT operations, providing guidance and recommendations.
- Oversee the organization's technological infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage compliance initiatives and certifications related to IT governance and security standards.
- Support enterprise applications and ensure they meet the organization's needs.
- Handle IT procurement, including equipment and licensing purchases, budget management, renewals, and cost tracking.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures related to architecture, security, disaster recovery, procurement, and service provision.
- Document and enhance IT processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and improve the organization's cybersecurity posture.
Requirements
- Strong technical proficiency in networking, storage, computing, backup, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and their practical application.
- Attention to detail with the ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with various software and security management tools (e.g., MS Office suite, mobile device management, VMware, and cloud solutions).
- Proven experience in leading teams focused on compliance and process management.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is preferred.
