Job description

Port to Port International is seeking a Bilingual IT Support Specialist to support our Delaware operations. This position is responsible for providing technical support to end users, maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations across multiple locations., * Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues

  • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, phones, and peripherals
  • Manage and resolve support tickets through the service desk system
  • Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Assist with Active Directory user management and access control
  • Support IT infrastructure including VMware, servers, networks, WiFi, and security systems
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assets
  • Support system backups and basic IT security practices

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel within the United States to company locations on a bimonthly basis
  • Occasional international travel (approximately once per year)

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both languages in a professional work environment. Bilingual candidates only will be considered., * Fluent in English and Spanish required (mandatory)

  • Minimum 2 years of IT support or help desk experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
  • Basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in New Castle, Delaware
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. and occasionally internationally
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
