Job description

  • Facilitate Agile development practices and ensure Scrum processes are followed effectively.
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth progress of development teams.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and mindset to promote continuous improvement.
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a senior Scrum Master with Agile methodologies and transformation experience.
  • Project Management experience to support or grow into project management duties.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
  • Healthy knowledge of Middle and Back Office operations and processes.
