Requirements
3-5 years of IT support or system administration experience Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows environment expertise Solid networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills Experience supporting both PC and Mac environments Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google) is a plus PowerShell or automation experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, Router Switches, Network servers, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suites, MS Office 365, Desktop administration, Hardware and Software, Mac Computers, Cloud administration, Cloud administration, Basic Network Troubleshooting, Customer Service, All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
