Data Center PM

• Responsible for leading construction management using PMO standards, developing and managing detailed schedules, overseeing execution phases, and handling change events.
• Responsible for enforcing safety protocols, ensuring quality control through documentation and reporting, and maintaining compliance with codes, standards, and construction technology platforms.
• Responsible for applying construction accounting principles for forecasting and reporting, managing multiple contracting methods (lump sum, GMP, design build, etc.), and monitoring vendor performance and expenditures.
• Responsible for acting as the primary contact for teams, clients, and leadership, communicating project status and risks, and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Responsible for anticipating issues, mitigating risks, resolving conflicts, applying data-driven insights, and fostering innovation and efficiency on site.
• Responsible for demonstrating proficiency in data analytics to support informed decision-making.
• Responsible for maintaining knowledge of safety regulations and an extensive understanding of construction safety protocols.
• Responsible for applying strong engineering and methodology expertise, including estimating principles and construction practices.
• Responsible for utilizing experience in changing management processes and documentation.
• Responsible for providing expertise in budgeting, cost forecasting, and construction accounting.
• Responsible for ensuring proficiency in industry tools such as MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Textura, while maintaining strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience in a management or leadership role.
• Prior experience managing data center projects or structured cabling construction projects.
• Experience with multiple contract and delivery models (GMP, design build, fixed price, etc.).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Certifications: OSHA 30, BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, PMI PMP

Pay Range*: Between $60 - $65 per hour
