Business Systems Software Engineer (Rancho Cucamonga, CA)

In this role, you'll work across a diverse application landscape built over decades, while also helping define a modern, standardized toolkit for the future. You'll partner closely with stakeholders, design pragmatic solutions, and then roll up your sleeves to bring them to life. If you love engineering in its truest sense-understanding the problem, architecting the fix, and seeing it all the way through-this is the place for you., * Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance both legacy and modern Line-of-Business applications.

• Partner directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements, set expectations, and communicate progress clearly and transparently.
• Break down complex business needs into actionable tasks-some for you, some for teammates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve unknown or unexpected technical issues with minimal supervision.
• Support Tier 1 Helpdesk by providing application-specific knowledge and guidance.

• 4+ years building, maintaining, or extending business-critical tools and applications.
• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or STEM) or 2 additional years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow through on commitments reliably.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively in an environment with shifting priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with .NET (Blazor, MVC), PHP, JavaScript, and MS SQL / T-SQL.
• Background with BI systems and ETL workflows.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Infor or Oracle.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments (aerospace experience is a bonus).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
