Job description
· Lead and manage residential and commercial architectural projects
· Create detailed working drawings both manually and using CAD software.
· Ensure compliance with the Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations.
· Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal design teams.
· Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments; monitor construction progress.
· Manage project documentation, submissions, reports, proposals, and contracts.
· Adapt designs as needed to resolve issues and meet project requirements.
· Travel to project sites and client meetings throughout South Florida.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Zoning regulations?, · Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related field from an accredited university.
· 8+ yearsof experience managing residential and commercial projects with technical drawing expertise.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory); SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3DS Max is a plus.
· Strong knowledge of architectural exterior and interior building systems and materials.
· Solid understanding of Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations.
· Effective oral and written communication skills; strong presentation abilities.
· Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously., · Detail-oriented: Quality and precision-focused
