As a Security Officer - Data Center Operations in Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a high-profile technology location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a team that puts people first and values innovative service., Provide customer service to visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through the appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including building interiors, exterior areas, and perimeter points, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized access and identify unusual or suspicious activity.
• Support daily operations at a data center location by observing equipment areas, reporting maintenance or security-related issues, and communicating with site contacts as needed.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
