Requirements
- Strong customer service / call center background
- Experience in medical scheduling / patient access
- Knowledge of insurance verification & medical terminology
- EMR experience (Epic is a huge plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wallingford, CT. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
