We'll trust you to

  • Create clarity for leaders facing ambiguity to solve complex, high-stakes people challenges

  • Describe specific situations on influencing leadership decisions by reframing workforce data into clear, actionable insights

  • Guide HR business partners, Talent and cross-functional stakeholders understand why an issue mattered, not just what the data showed

  • Influence leaders toward decisions that result in measurable improvements (e.g., retention, hiring efficiency, workforce planning outcomes)

  • Translating complex data into decisive action: Direct the end-to-end analytics process-from wrangling complex data structured and unstructured datasets into actionable business outcomes.

  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data and analytics methods to analyze Talent, Recruiting and People Analytics focus areas

  • You have owned the full lifecycle of insights, from raw data to leadership action.

  • Lead quarterly or recurring executive reviews to share how data storytelling resulted in concrete actions, policy changes, or strategic pivots

  • Identify the "what" in prioritized insights, and aligned recommendations to business goals

  • Share the outcomes achieved after leadership acted on your recommendations

You elevate analytics from reporting to enablement

  • How you influence the design of your products to continuously improve adoption, usability, and decision-making
