Job description

  • Serve as a technical point of contact for vendors, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues by identifying root causes and coordinating remediation efforts
  • Support vendor-hosted and internally managed enterprise applications
  • Partner with security and infrastructure teams to implement controls and remediation activities
  • Support software, infrastructure, and service-layer upgrades, testing, and release activities
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to maintain platform performance, availability, and stability
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Support infrastructure initiatives, roadmap efforts, and operational improvement projects
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks
  • Participate in a low-volume 24/7 on-call rotation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and supporting complex production environments
  • Strong ability to independently isolate root causes and drive issue resolution
  • Strong database experience including SQL query writing and data analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server environments
  • Experience working with vendors and coordinating with infrastructure/server teams
  • Strong networking fundamentals including connectivity troubleshooting, firewall concepts, and data flow analysis
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and operational actions, * Experience supporting cloud-hosted environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • AWS EC2 experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and CI/CD/deployment practices
  • Experience in highly regulated or operationally complex enterprise environments
  • Background supporting operational, logistics, transportation, healthcare, or large-scale enterprise systems
  • Experience supporting vendor-based operational platforms and enterprise applications

  • Fast-paced operational support environment with significant coordination across vendors, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders
  • Role requires a balance of hands-on troubleshooting, operational ownership, and cross-functional communication
