The Senior AI Software Developer leads the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications, intelligent workflows, and agent-based solutions that enhance business and user experiences. This role serves as a senior technical contributor responsible for architecting scalable AI-enabled software solutions, establishing engineering standards and reusable frameworks, and mentoring development teams on applied AI best practices. The position combines advanced software engineering expertise with practical experience delivering AI-powered products into production environments. Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting AI-powered applications and enterprise software solutions in production environments, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), agent-based systems, embeddings, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.

• Strong software engineering and system architecture expertise, including full-stack application development, API design, schema-driven development, distributed systems, microservices, enterprise integration patterns, cloud-native architectures, and scalable deployment strategies.
• High proficiency in modern programming languages, frameworks, and development technologies, including TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, and related software development tools and platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement reusable frameworks, shared services, automation components, engineering standards, and scalable development practices that improve application reliability, maintainability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, monitoring, evaluation methodologies, and production support practices, including observability, performance optimization, prompt injection defense, hallucination mitigation, fallback strategies, and responsible AI implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively in Agile development environments, influence technical direction, explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, and support organizational capability development., * Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field Required

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $116,080 - $188,630.
